Willis Law is a boutique law firm specialising in the provision of Wills and Estates legal services, including estate planning (simple and complex Wills, Testamentary Trust Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardians), administration of Deceased Estates (contested and uncontested applications for Probate and Letters of Administration, and Estate administration), and Estate Litigation (including family provision and capacity claims).
Our Principal, Sandy Willis, is a solicitor with over a decade of experience specialising in estate planning, administration of estates and estate litigation, including Family Provision claims. Sandy’s experience extends to property matters (including leasing and conveyancing), complex litigation matters, commercial transactions and the provision of general commercial legal advice and services.
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is admitted as a practicing Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
